VI. Administrator Logs

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration purposes.

VII. Key Marketing Technologies

  1. The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With respect to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, users may review and edit information derived from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that a person registered with that service is using the Website. This is based on data for which Facebook itself is the controller; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  3. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising content to be tailored to a user’s behavior on the site, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is being used to track them; in practice, however, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising providers. The technical prerequisite for such activities is that cookies are enabled.
  4. The Operator uses a solution that studies user behavior by generating heat maps and recording on-site activity. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider, so that the provider does not know which individual the information relates to. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not recorded.
  5. The Operator uses a solution that automates the Website’s actions in relation to users – for example, it may send an email to a user after they visit a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
  6. The Operator may apply profiling within the meaning of personal data protection regulations.

  5. The Website uses two main types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies.” Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until the user logs out, leaves the website, or closes the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the period specified in the cookie’s parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Website Users may change their settings in this regard. The web browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the help section or documentation of your web browser.
  7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website’s pages.
