Corporate events and team building in Wrocław.
Instead of another sit-down dinner – 22 cells and an electronic key for every team. You choose the date and the length of the game, and we prepare the rest.
Organising corporate events in Wrocław – why Prison Island?
-
There are no spectators on the team
Some cells test reflexes, others observation or the ability to coordinate on the fly. The tasks are so varied that everyone will find one where they can show their best side.
-
You set the bar yourselves
Every challenge has three difficulty levels, and the team decides which one to take. Differences in fitness and age stop mattering after just a few cells.
-
Zero work on your side
Our guards take care of splitting into teams, the keys, the briefing and the course of the game. Nobody on your team spends the evening with a schedule in hand.
Corporate team building in the world of the Zanetti family
Giovanni Zanetti didn't buy an abandoned prison because he liked bars – he saw in it a structure perfect for a completely different kind of game. His family wrote the rest: Enzo designs the challenges, and Vittoria, known as "the Warden", guards the rules by which Prison Island is played all over the world. That way your team doesn't get a script, but a set of rules in which points, competition and a goal worth coming back to are what count.

1
You book a slot
You choose the day and the length of the game: 60, 90 or 120 minutes. With a larger group it's worth doing this in advance, because Friday and Saturday evenings go first.
-
2
You split into teams
You arrive a quarter of an hour early. That's how long it takes to leave your things in the lockers, split into teams of 2–4 people (we recommend 3–4) and get a short briefing from a guard.
-
3
You play for points
A green light above a cell means it's free. Teams move freely between cells and set the order themselves, because you can try every challenge as many times as you like.
-

You sit down with the results
After the game you stay at the bar and compare the teams' results. If you're thinking about catering for a larger group, let us know when booking and we'll adapt to your plan.

A venue for team-building events in central Wrocław
Białoskórnicza 1
Our placeWe're a five-minute walk from the Market Square, so getting here is just as easy from the nearby office buildings as from the train station.
Instead of a hall with chairs arranged in a horseshoe, you get a building with bars, orange jumpsuits and a bar where you can sit before and after the game.
Companies from outside Wrocław benefit from the nearby hotels – the game fits easily into the programme of a two-day team-building trip, and the rest of the evening can be planned in the restaurants of the Old Town.
What does your team take away from a corporate event at Prison Island?
After the game each team gets a scorecard. It shows not only the number of points but also the total time spent in the cells, the number of entries, the percentage of completed levels and the cells the team returned to most often. For the organiser of a team-building event it's concrete material for a conversation: you can see where the team breezed through and where it ran out of time.
You can compare your result with results from all over the world – in the Courtyard, the global Prison Island ranking, you can measure yourselves against the best crews from other countries. And if any cell was left uncompleted, the card points it out directly, so coming back for a rematch is just a matter of picking a date.

Do you organise team-building events with accommodation?
We don't run our own accommodation, but there are a dozen or so hotels and apartments around Białoskórnicza Street. The game fits easily into the programme of a two-day team-building trip: training during the day, cells in the evening, an overnight stay a few streets away.
How large a group can you host for a corporate team-building event?
Between 2 and 64 people can play at the same time, and a team has 2–4 people (we recommend 3–4). We split larger groups into several rounds, so nobody waits outside the cells – we agree on the times individually when booking.
Does the game work when the team is of mixed ages and fitness levels?
Yes, and with no special treatment for anyone. Some cells require reflexes, some pure brain power, and each one can be played on three difficulty levels. Only one team member enters some of the challenges, but you collect the points together anyway.
Do you provide catering for corporate events?
There is a snack bar on site where you can sit before and after the game. If you're coming with a larger team and want to arrange catering, let us know when booking – we'll adapt to your needs.
Can I organise a company Christmas party at Prison Island?
Yes. A holiday get-together here looks like any other corporate event: the team splits into groups and plays for points. In December, available dates can run out faster than usual, so for a larger group it's best to book several weeks ahead.
What should I wear for a visit to Prison Island?
Comfortable clothing for light physical activity works best: sports shoes, trousers or shorts and a T-shirt. Stilettos and other high heels are not allowed, so it's worth warning your team before they head straight from the office to us.
