\u00a7 1. General Provisions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. These Terms and Conditions (the \u201cTerms<\/strong><\/em>\u201d) set out the rules for using the entertainment centre known as Prison Island (\u201cPrison Island<\/strong><\/em>\u201d), located in Wroc\u0142aw at ul. Bia\u0142osk\u00f3rnicza 1, 50-134 Wroc\u0142aw (the \u201cVenue<\/strong><\/em>\u201d).<\/li>\n
  2. Prison Island is operated by Prison Island sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 (a limited liability company) with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw, ul. Bia\u0142osk\u00f3rnicza 1, 50-134 Wroc\u0142aw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wroc\u0142aw-Fabryczna in Wroc\u0142aw, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001186407, NIP (tax identification number): 8982322932, REGON (statistical number): 542323960, hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.<\/li>\n
  3. All persons using Prison Island (the \u201cUsers<\/strong><\/em>\u201d) are required to read these Terms. Entering the premises of Prison Island constitutes acceptance of these Terms by the User.<\/li>\n
  4. A valid, paid Ticket is required to take part in the activities available at Prison Island (ticket types and prices are available at the Venue and on the website: https:\/\/prisonisland-wroclaw.pl\/<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  5. Users must comply with these Terms, the instructions of staff and the safety rules in force at the Venue.<\/li>\n
  6. Additional rules may apply at the Venue, in particular concerning:\n
      \n
    1. the organisation of parties and events,<\/li>\n
    2. the use of the cloakroom,<\/li>\n
    3. rules concerning minors,<\/li>\n
    4. other services offered by the Organiser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and specific terms relating to a particular service, the provisions applicable to that service shall prevail, to the extent that they do not conflict with applicable law or with the provisions of these Terms relating to consumer rights.<\/li>\n
    6. The following are prohibited on the premises of Prison Island:\n
        \n
      1. bringing in or consuming food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, purchased outside the Venue;<\/li>\n
      2. bringing in, possessing, using or supplying narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or any other substances whose possession or use is prohibited by law;<\/li>\n
      3. bringing in weapons, explosives, pyrotechnics, sharp tools, glass containers, metal cans or any other items that may pose a threat to the life, health or safety of Users, staff or property;<\/li>\n
      4. the presence on the premises of persons who appear to be heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in particular where their behaviour may threaten the safety or comfort of others;<\/li>\n
      5. entering rooms and areas reserved exclusively for staff or marked as staff-only;<\/li>\n
      6. touching, operating or tampering with electrical or technical equipment or any other elements of the Venue\u2019s infrastructure that are not intended for use by Users;<\/li>\n
      7. destroying, damaging or deliberately interfering with the furnishings, equipment, d\u00e9cor, set design, furniture, plants or any other items on the premises of the Venue;<\/li>\n
      8. using the Venue\u2019s infrastructure, equipment or elements in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, in particular using excessive force or taking any action that may cause damage to them;<\/li>\n
      9. aggressive, provocative, vulgar, indecent, offensive or discriminatory behaviour, or any other conduct that violates the dignity of others or poses a threat to Users, staff or property;<\/li>\n
      10. throwing any objects or taking any other action that may endanger people or property;<\/li>\n
      11. lighting fires or using pyrotechnics, fireworks, open flames or any other sources of ignition;<\/li>\n
      12. writing, drawing, painting, affixing stickers to or otherwise interfering with the walls, floors, furniture, equipment, set design or any other furnishings of the Venue;<\/li>\n
      13. bringing animals onto the premises or keeping animals there, except where permitted by law, in particular in the case of assistance dogs;<\/li>\n
      14. smoking tobacco or tobacco products and using e-cigarettes or other devices for inhaling substances outside areas where this is permitted by law;<\/li>\n
      15. bringing in scooters, bicycles or similar equipment;<\/li>\n
      16. the consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 and any action enabling persons under 18 to consume alcohol;<\/li>\n
      17. any other action that may disrupt the operation of the Venue, the course of the game or the comfort and safety of other Users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      18. The Venue is monitored by CCTV cameras. Monitoring is carried out in particular to ensure the safety of persons on the premises, to protect property and to prevent incidents that could threaten the safety of Users, staff or property. Monitored areas are clearly marked. Detailed information about the data controller, the legal basis, the scope of monitoring, the retention period for recordings, the recipients of the data and the rights of data subjects can be found in the Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n
      19. Users may take photographs and make recordings for personal use only on the 3rd floor, provided that this does not disrupt the operation of the Venue or the course of the game and does not infringe the rights, privacy, personal interests or image of others.<\/li>\n
      20. Live streaming, professional recording and taking photographs or making recordings for commercial, promotional or advertising purposes are prohibited without the prior consent of the Organiser.<\/li>\n
      21. Due to the nature of the game, the Organiser prohibits photographing, recording or publishing any materials showing puzzles, mechanisms, set design, equipment or any other information that could reveal the course or solutions of the game. Users will be informed of such restrictions before or during the game.<\/li>\n
      22. The use and distribution of Users\u2019 images for the Organiser\u2019s marketing or promotional purposes is based on the User\u2019s separate consent, where such consent is required by applicable law.<\/li>\n
      23. Consent to the use of one\u2019s image, as referred to in section 13, is voluntary and may be given to the extent, for the period and on the terms specified in the consent. Refusal to consent to the use of one\u2019s image does not affect the ability to use the Venue\u2019s services, unless the nature of a particular service requires otherwise and the User has been clearly informed of this before the service begins.<\/li>\n
      24. The Organiser undertakes not to use Users\u2019 images in any manner that violates their dignity, reputation or personal interests, in particular in a manner that is ridiculing, offensive, compromising or contrary to applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u00a7 2. Age<\/h2>\n
          \n
        1. From 8:00 pm, only persons aged 18 or over may be present on the premises of Prison Island.<\/li>\n
        2. The Organiser reserves the right to verify a User\u2019s age on the basis of a valid document confirming their identity and age.<\/li>\n
        3. The Organiser accepts, in particular, the following as proof of age:\n
            \n
          1. national identity card,<\/li>\n
          2. passport,<\/li>\n
          3. driving licence,<\/li>\n
          4. an electronic document available in the mObywatel app, if it confirms the User\u2019s identity and age under applicable law,<\/li>\n
          5. a residence card or any other document confirming identity and age that is recognised under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          6. The Organiser may refuse to accept a document, or a copy, photograph, scan, screenshot or any other reproduction of a document, if it does not allow the User\u2019s identity and age to be reliably confirmed.<\/li>\n
          7. If the required age cannot be confirmed, the Organiser may refuse entry to the Venue.<\/li>\n
          8. Minors under the age of 14 may take part in the game only under the supervision of an adult who is present at the Venue for its entire duration, or if they have a signed Parent\/Legal Guardian Consent Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n
          9. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who breach these Terms, in particular public order, the safety rules or the comfort of other Users of the Venue, including the right to remove such persons from the Venue.
            If Venue staff determine that a User is in breach of these Terms, the Organiser may refuse to provide the service to the extent justified by the nature of the breach and applicable law. This provision does not exclude the User\u2019s statutory rights, in particular in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the service for reasons attributable to the Organiser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00a7 3. Safety, Liability and Personal Belongings<\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. The Organiser does not provide childcare services or supervision of minors. Where a minor\u2019s participation requires the presence of an adult, that adult is responsible for providing appropriate supervision throughout the minor\u2019s time at the Venue.<\/li>\n
            2. Users must use the Venue, its equipment and the individual elements of the Game in accordance with their intended purpose, the safety rules and the instructions of staff. Users are liable for damage to the property of the Organiser or third parties caused through their fault, in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n
            3. Users must use the Game rooms in compliance with the safety rules and with due regard to their physical abilities and state of health. Persons whose health may affect safety or their ability to take part in the Game safely should inform a member of the Organiser\u2019s staff before the Game begins.<\/li>\n
            4. A Participant who decides to take part in the Game despite existing health contraindications does so in full awareness of the potential risks associated with the nature and course of the Game, and at their own risk.<\/li>\n
            5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any deterioration in a Participant\u2019s health resulting from their participation in the Game where such deterioration is related to the Participant\u2019s state of health, existing health contraindications or the Participant\u2019s concealment of material information about their health, without prejudice to the Organiser\u2019s liability under mandatory provisions of law. The Organiser shall not be liable for the loss of, damage to or destruction of Users\u2019 belongings where this occurred for reasons for which the Organiser is not liable under applicable law.<\/li>\n
            6. Users should keep their personal belongings secure and not leave them unattended in places not intended for that purpose. The Organiser recommends that Users do not take valuables into the Game rooms, or that they leave them in the place indicated by staff.<\/li>\n
            7. Items found at the Venue may be taken to a place designated by the Organiser. Anyone who has lost an item may report the loss to staff. Found items may be collected by their owner within 7 working days of being found, subject to prior confirmation of their right to collect them. After this period, the Organiser may deal with the found item in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n
            8. The Organiser is liable for damage caused to Users to the extent provided by applicable law, in particular for damage resulting from culpable acts or omissions of the Organiser or of persons for whom it is responsible.<\/li>\n
            9. Users are liable for personal injury or damage to property caused through their fault, in particular as a result of intentional conduct or conduct contrary to these Terms, in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n
            10. Where there is a large number of people at the Venue, the Organiser may, for safety reasons and to ensure that bookings are properly fulfilled, temporarily limit the number of people admitted to the Venue. Priority may be given to persons with a confirmed booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \u00a7 4. Safety and Interruption of the Game<\/h2>\n
                \n
              1. Participants must comply with the safety rules, the provisions of these Terms and the instructions of Venue staff, and must behave in a manner that does not hinder or disrupt other persons\u2019 use of the Venue or participation in the Game.<\/li>\n
              2. Participation in the Game does not require the use of physical force. In particular, kicking, pulling, hitting and any other conduct involving force, aggression or violence that may endanger others or lead to damage to or destruction of props, monitors, set design, cells or any other furnishings of the Venue is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              3. A member of Venue staff has the right to stop the Game if:
                  \n
                1. a Participant\u2019s behaviour violates the physical integrity of others, is aggressive or vulgar, or otherwise threatens the safety of Participants or Venue staff. If the Game is stopped for any of these reasons, the Participant is not entitled to a refund of the Game fee;<\/li>\n
                2. there is a threat to the safety of Participants, Venue staff or other persons on the premises of the Venue;<\/li>\n
                3. Participants use mobile phones, cameras or other devices in places where their use is prohibited under these Terms;<\/li>\n
                4. a Participant fails to comply with these Terms or the rules of the Game;<\/li>\n
                5. a Participant damages or makes unauthorised use of cells, props, equipment or other elements of the Venue;<\/li>\n
                6. a Participant fails to follow the instructions of a member of Venue staff;<\/li>\n
                7. there is reasonable suspicion that any Participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                8. If the Game is stopped for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular those listed in section 3 (a) and (c)\u2013(g), the Participant is not entitled to a refund of the Game fee.<\/li>\n
                9. In the event of a threat, Participants present in the rooms of Prison Island must immediately inform a member of Venue staff and follow their instructions, in particular regarding leaving the rooms and proceeding to the nearest emergency exit.<\/li>\n
                10. Participants must not obstruct or disturb other persons using the Venue during the Game.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  \u00a7 5. Bookings, Ticket Sales and Payments<\/h2>\n
                    \n
                  1. The Organiser sells tickets and accepts bookings for visits to the Venue via the booking system on the website https:\/\/prisonisland-wroclaw.pl\/ or directly at the Venue.<\/li>\n
                  2. Making a booking requires the person making it to read and accept these Terms. For bookings made via the website or the booking system, the Terms are accepted by ticking the relevant box during the booking process.<\/li>\n
                  3. The person making the booking is responsible for informing the other persons who will take part in the Game of the applicable rules and of the need to read and comply with these Terms.<\/li>\n
                  4. Each person taking part in the Game who did not make the booking must, before the Game begins, read these Terms and confirm their acceptance by signing the relevant declaration. Signing the declaration is a condition of the Participant\u2019s admission to the Game.<\/li>\n
                  5. The Organiser may refuse admission to the Game to any person who has not read these Terms or who has refused to sign the declaration referred to in section 4.<\/li>\n
                  6. Every person present on the premises of the Venue, whether or not they take part in the Game or in other attractions offered by the Organiser, must comply with these Terms and follow the instructions of Venue staff.<\/li>\n
                  7. Placing an order via the website or the booking system requires providing the information necessary to fulfil it, and selecting the date and time, the number of Users and the payment method.<\/li>\n
                  8. Once the order has been correctly placed, the User will receive, at the email address they provided, an order acknowledgement or booking confirmation containing, in particular, details of the selected date, time, number of Users and price.<\/li>\n
                  9. The agreement for a visit to the Venue is concluded on the terms presented to the User when placing the order, once the order has been correctly placed and any required payment has been made, where advance payment is a condition of booking confirmation.<\/li>\n
                  10. The price applicable to the User is the price shown when placing the order. Changes to prices, ticket types or ticket options introduced by the Organiser do not affect orders and bookings made before such changes take effect.<\/li>\n
                  11. The Organiser reserves the right to change its prices, offer, ticket types, available dates and booking rules. Such changes do not affect Users\u2019 rights under previously concluded agreements and bookings.<\/li>\n
                  12. The number of Users assigned to a booking may be increased only subject to availability and with the Organiser\u2019s consent. The Organiser may refuse to increase the number of Users, in particular for safety reasons or due to limited availability.<\/li>\n
                  13. Users must check that the details in their booking confirmation are correct, in particular the date, time and number of people. If an error is found, the User should contact the Organiser without delay.<\/li>
                  14. Reduced-price tickets are available to students under the age of 26 upon presentation of a valid student ID card. The student ID card must be shown to staff when checking in at reception.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    \u00a7 6. Booking Time, Late Arrival and Rescheduling<\/h2>\n
                      \n
                    1. A ticket or confirmed booking entitles the holder to take part in the game on the date and at the time stated in the booking confirmation.<\/li>\n
                    2. Users should arrive at the Venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the game, unless the Organiser specifies otherwise.<\/li>\n
                    3. A User\u2019s late arrival does not automatically change the start or end time of the game. The Organiser is not obliged to extend the duration of the game because of a User\u2019s late arrival.<\/li>\n
                    4. If late arrival prevents the game from being conducted safely or properly, the Organiser may refuse the User\u2019s participation in the game or offer to reschedule, where possible.<\/li>\n
                    5. The Organiser may allow a booking to be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge if the User notifies it within the time limit specified in the booking terms.<\/li>\n
                    6. Failure to use a ticket or to attend at the booked time does not automatically extend the ticket\u2019s validity or change the date of use, unless the Organiser decides otherwise.<\/li>\n
                    7. The Organiser is not liable for failure to place an order, non-delivery of an order confirmation, or inability to make payment caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Customer, internet connection problems or other circumstances beyond the Organiser\u2019s control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      \u00a7 7. Ticket Refunds and Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n
                        \n
                      1. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, in particular those relating to consumer rights, the Organiser does not refund unused tickets or bookings where the User did not use the service for reasons attributable to them.<\/li>\n
                      2. If a User cancels a booking, they may, on the terms set by the Organiser, request that it be rescheduled. Rescheduling may be possible in particular if the User makes the request no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the game. Rescheduling requires the Organiser\u2019s confirmation and is subject to availability.<\/li>\n
                      3. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract does not apply to consumers in respect of contracts for services related to leisure, sporting or cultural events where the contract specifies the date or period of performance.<\/li>\n
                      4. The absence of the right of withdrawal referred to in section 3 does not exclude other consumer rights under applicable law or any rights granted to the User by the Organiser under its rules on rescheduling or cancelling bookings.<\/li>\n
                      5. In special cases, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion and by agreement with the User, allow the booking to be rescheduled, or issue a voucher or code allowing the amount paid to be used at another time. This does not limit the User\u2019s statutory rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        \u00a7 8. Complaints<\/h2>\n
                          \n
                        1. Users may submit complaints concerning the services provided by the Organiser, bookings, ticket sales or the course of the game.<\/li>\n
                        2. Complaints concerning Prison Island attractions, or any other complaints relating to the activities of Prison Island, may be submitted by the User:\n
                            \n
                          1. in person at the reception desk of the Venue at: Prison Island, ul. Bia\u0142osk\u00f3rnicza 1, 50-134 Wroc\u0142aw,<\/li>\n
                          2. in writing to: Prison Island sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, ul. Bia\u0142osk\u00f3rnicza 1, 50-134 Wroc\u0142aw, marked \u201cComplaint\u201d,<\/li>\n
                          3. electronically by email to: biuro@prisonisland-wroclaw.pl<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                          4. A complaint should include at least the following:\n
                              \n
                            1. the User\u2019s company name \/ full name,<\/li>\n
                            2. the User\u2019s registered office \/ home address and correspondence address,<\/li>\n
                            3. a precise description of the subject of the complaint, including the date and time of the attraction,<\/li>\n
                            4. the full name, address, telephone number and email address of the person authorised to act as the User\u2019s contact.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                            5. The absence of any of the elements listed in section 3 is not grounds for leaving a complaint unprocessed if the information provided makes it possible to identify the subject of the complaint and to respond to it.<\/li>\n
                            6. The Organiser will process the complaint within the time limit provided by applicable law and will inform the User of the outcome.<\/li>\n
                            7. If the complaint concerns a payment handled by an external payment provider, the User may also use that provider\u2019s complaints procedure. This does not limit the User\u2019s right to submit a complaint directly to the Organiser regarding the services provided by the Organiser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              \u00a7 9. Amendments to the Terms<\/h2>\n
                                \n
                              1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms for valid reasons, in particular in the event of:\n
                                  \n
                                1. the need to adapt the Terms to applicable law or to changes in the law;<\/li>\n
                                2. the need to comply with recommendations, orders, judgments, rulings, decisions, interpretations or guidelines issued by competent public authorities or other competent bodies;<\/li>\n
                                3. the introduction, modification or extension of services, functionalities or the way the Venue operates;<\/li>\n
                                4. changes to the technical or organisational conditions for providing services;<\/li>\n
                                5. the need to remove ambiguities, errors, or typographical or editorial mistakes;<\/li>\n
                                6. changes to the Organiser\u2019s details, contact details, addresses, names, identification numbers or other information contained in the Terms;<\/li>\n
                                7. the need to introduce changes aimed at improving User safety, preventing abuse or improving the quality of services;<\/li>\n
                                8. the introduction of changes resulting from the development of the Organiser\u2019s business or from changes to the rules for using the Venue, provided that such changes do not infringe rights acquired by Users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                9. Information about amendments to the Terms will be published on the Organiser\u2019s website: https:\/\/prisonisland-wroclaw.pl\/<\/a> and, where required by law, communicated to Users in the manner provided by such law.<\/li>\n
                                10. The amended Terms take effect on the date specified by the Organiser, but not earlier than 7 days after Users have been notified of the amendment, unless earlier entry into force is required by applicable law or is necessary for reasons of User safety.<\/li>\n
                                11. Amendments to the Terms do not affect bookings made and agreements concluded before the amended Terms take effect. Such bookings and agreements are governed by the Terms in force at the time they were made, subject to changes resulting from mandatory provisions of law.<\/li>\n
                                12. In the case of amendments to the Terms that materially affect the rights or obligations of Users who are consumers, the applicable legal provisions on notification of such changes and on the option to terminate the agreement shall apply, where the User has such a right.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  \u00a7 10. Personal Data Protection<\/h2>\n
                                    \n
                                  1. The controller of Users\u2019 personal data is Prison Island sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 with its registered office in Wroc\u0142aw at ul. Bia\u0142osk\u00f3rnicza 1, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wroc\u0142aw-Fabryczna in Wroc\u0142aw, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001186407, NIP: 8982322932, REGON: 542323960, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cController<\/strong><\/em>\u201d.<\/li>\n
                                  2. Users\u2019 personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the \u201cGDPR<\/strong><\/em>\u201d) and the applicable national legislation on personal data protection.<\/li>\n
                                  3. Personal data may be processed in particular for the following purposes:\n
                                      \n
                                    1. concluding and performing the agreement, including making and handling bookings, selling tickets and providing activities \u2013 on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;<\/li>\n
                                    2. taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into an agreement \u2013 on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;<\/li>\n
                                    3. handling enquiries, communicating with Users and ensuring proper customer service \u2013 on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest in communicating with its customers and properly conducting its business;<\/li>\n
                                    4. handling complaints and User requests \u2013 depending on the circumstances, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR;<\/li>\n
                                    5. complying with the Controller\u2019s legal obligations, in particular its tax and accounting obligations \u2013 on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;<\/li>\n
                                    6. establishing, exercising or defending legal claims \u2013 on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest;<\/li>\n
                                    7. ensuring the safety of Users, staff and property, including by means of CCTV monitoring \u2013 on the appropriate legal basis specified in the Privacy Policy;<\/li>\n
                                    8. compiling statistics and analyses and improving the services provided \u2013 on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, provided that processing for this purpose complies with applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                    9. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, where certain data are necessary to make a booking, to conclude or perform an agreement or to use a particular service, failure to provide them may prevent the booking from being made, the agreement from being concluded or performed, or the service from being provided.<\/li>\n
                                    10. Depending on the type of service and the purpose of processing, the Controller may process, in particular, the following data: full name, email address, telephone number, details of bookings and services purchased, payment details and the data necessary to issue a sales document.<\/li>\n
                                    11. Recipients of personal data may include entities that support the Controller in running its business, to the extent necessary for the specific purposes of processing, in particular providers of booking and IT systems, payment providers, hosting and email service providers, entities providing accounting, legal, IT or administrative services, and other entities to which data must be transferred to achieve a specific purpose of processing. Data may also be disclosed to entities authorised to receive them under applicable law.<\/li>\n
                                    12. The Controller does not sell Users\u2019 personal data. Personal data may be entrusted or disclosed to entities that process them on the Controller\u2019s behalf where this is necessary to achieve a specific purpose of processing or to provide services to the Controller, and to other entities in cases provided for by law.<\/li>\n
                                    13. Personal data are stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, and thereafter for the period required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. For data processed in connection with the performance of an agreement, the retention period may depend in particular on tax and accounting obligations and on limitation periods for claims.<\/li>\n
                                    14. If a User has an account in the booking system, account-related data may be processed until the account is deleted, provided that certain data may be retained after the account has been deleted where their further processing is necessary to comply with the Controller\u2019s legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.<\/li>\n
                                    15. To the extent and on the terms set out in the GDPR, Users have the following rights:\n
                                        \n
                                      1. the right of access to their personal data;<\/li>\n
                                      2. the right to rectification of their data;<\/li>\n
                                      3. the right to erasure of their data;<\/li>\n
                                      4. the right to restriction of processing;<\/li>\n
                                      5. the right to data portability, where the processing meets the conditions set out in Article 20 GDPR;<\/li>\n
                                      6. the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR on grounds relating to their particular situation;<\/li>\n
                                      7. the right to object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes \u2013 in the cases specified in the GDPR;<\/li>\n
                                      8. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if the User considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                      9. Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including the Controller\u2019s contact details, the legal bases and purposes of processing, the recipients of the data, retention periods, any transfers of data outside the European Economic Area and the rules for exercising Users\u2019 rights, will be set out in the Privacy Policy available at the Venue and on the Organiser\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                        \u00a7 11. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n
                                          \n
                                        1. These Terms are available to Users at the Venue and on the Organiser\u2019s website in a form that allows their content to be read, saved and reproduced.<\/li>\n
                                        2. Before using the Organiser\u2019s services, Users must read these Terms and comply with their provisions.<\/li>\n
                                        3. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to the provisions of Polish law, in particular those relating to consumer protection, the provision of services and personal data protection.<\/li>\n
                                        4. These Terms are not intended to exclude or limit the rights of Users who are consumers under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such provisions, the provisions of law shall prevail.<\/li>\n
                                        5. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of these Terms, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.<\/li>\n
                                        6. The Organiser may make additional rules, policies or terms available to Users concerning attractions, events, promotions or services. Where such a document sets out specific rules for the use of a particular service, its provisions shall apply to that service accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
